Article with Hebrew text near footnote

Here is a section of text that I want to add a footnote to. At the end of this paragraph, where I want to add the footnote, there are a couple of characters in the Hebrew language. When a footnote is added to the right side of the Hebrew, it is flipped by the system, to be on the left side of the text. It seems like the system does a RTL flip when detecting these characters.
